What We Offer

Clinical psychiatric services, built to work together

Diagnosis first, then a plan that may include medication, therapy, or both — reviewed and adjusted over time rather than fixed at the first visit.

01 — Evaluation

Diagnostic Evaluation

Treatment that starts with an accurate diagnosis tends to go further, faster. Our initial evaluation is a comprehensive clinical interview covering current symptoms, psychiatric and medical history, prior treatment, and the context around what's been happening.

Sessions typically run 60–75 minutes. You'll leave with a working diagnosis, a plain-language explanation of what it means, and a discussion of realistic treatment options — not a prescription pushed at you before anyone has listened.

  • Comprehensive psychiatric history and symptom review
  • Screening for co-occurring conditions
  • Collaborative discussion of diagnosis and options

Medication Management

When medication is part of a plan, it's prescribed, monitored, and adjusted by the same clinician over time — not handed off after the first refill. Follow-up visits track how a medication is working, what side effects have shown up, and whether the dose or approach needs to change.

We also talk openly about how alcohol, caffeine, supplements, and other substances can interact with prescribed medication, and why doses should never be changed independently.

  • Individualized prescribing based on diagnosis and history
  • Scheduled follow-ups to monitor response and side effects
  • Clear guidance on interactions with substances and supplements

03 — Treatment

Psychotherapy

Structured talk therapy for processing what medication alone doesn't address — patterns of thought, past experiences, relationships, and coping strategies. Sessions may run alongside medication management or as a standalone service, depending on what your evaluation points to.

We match approach to need rather than applying one method to everyone; the right fit depends on your diagnosis, goals, and what's realistic for your schedule.

  • Individual sessions, typically 45–50 minutes
  • Coordinated with medication management when both are in place
  • Progress reviewed and approach adjusted as needed
